  • CushyPOS is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) solution offering various subscription plans, including:.
  • Fixed amount subscriptions
  • Custom subscriptions
  • One-time purchase options

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Payment terms and billing cycles vary by selected plan.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining current payment information.

3.2 Payment Processing

  • CushyPOS does not directly handle payment processing.
  • For custom plans, payment integration can be arranged upon user request.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

  • Users must provide accurate and current information
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per business/organization

4.2 User Conduct

Users agree not to:
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Share account credentials
  • Interfere with service functionality

5. Intellectual Property

  • CushyPOS retains all intellectual property rights
  • Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service

6. Service Limitations

8. Termination

8.1 Account Termination

  • CushyPOS reserves the right to terminate accounts violating Terms
  • Users can cancel subscriptions through Lemon Squeezy platform and CushyPOS dashboard

8.2 Post-Termination

  • Access to data will be provided for reasonable transition period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CushyPOS provides services "as is" without explicit or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific business outcomes
  • Compatibility with all devices or networks

10. Limitation of liability

CushyPOS's total liability is limited to:
  • Refund of subscription fees for preceding 3 months
  • Maximum of $500 USD

11. Modifications to Terms

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms
  • Current version always available on our platform
