How long are your contracts?

Most CushyPOS plans are month to month unless you sign up for a yearly plan. We also offer a one-time payment should you request it.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, if you ever decide that CushyPOS isn't the best POS for your business, you can cancel your account. If you choose a 1-3 year CushyPOS premium subscription, you can canel when your term commitment expires. One-time subscriptions are an cancelable and not refundable.

Can I change my plan later on?

On most CushyPOS plans, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you choose a 1-year CushyPOS subscription you can downgrade when your term commitment expires.

Can I pay for a subscription with Crypto?

We prefer the client requests any specific report they need for their business.

Do I get an online website when I subscribe?

When you subscribe to the premium and custom plans, you can get an online website designed and built for you.

Are customizations charged extra?

Report customizations are not charged extra on any plan but all other customizations are charged under the custom or enterprise plan.
